Our most popular service plan is the Maximum Efficiency Plan. With this option, you receive:

Annual maintenance from the Atlantic-Pratt team, never contractors
Priority service, including emergency service, seven days a week in the winter
15% off any heating system repair we do, with absolutely no exclusions (there’s also no additional charge for extra zones)
$50 in Loyalty Credits each year — up to $500 in total — that you can apply toward the replacement of furnaces, boilers, oil tanks, heat pumps, air conditioners and burners (your plan doesn’t just cover you this winter; it is an investment in your eventual upgrade)

This plan is available to all customers, whether you call for your heating oil deliveries or receive them automatically.

The Total Protection Plan

Some customers — particularly those with older systems — need additional protection against breakdowns, and for them, we offer the Total Protection Plan. This option has a higher enrollment fee, but it offers more comprehensive repair coverage. In addition to all the benefits of the Maximum Efficiency Plan, Total Protection offers the full cost of covered repairs. You won’t pay anything out of pocket.
